October 2024

Temporary Occupancy Permit has been issued by the independent project certifier, and we are now commencing the process of having titles created so settlements can commence.

Pool decking commenced to the ramp and pool look out area, along with the installation of mature trees and soft landscaping.

Great progress continues on the podium level with dining pavilion and landscaping well underway, the yoga decking and kids play area completed

The builder continues to make excellent progress throughout Shenton Quarter. Its great to see that the new builders (GMG) finishing quality within apartments aligns with the expectations of our buyers.

November 2023

On 27th November, Iris-PW has taken possession of the site and will be appointing a new builder, Gowdie Management Group.

GMG has a strong history of successfully completing high-quality projects and resolving construction issues. They’ve handled major projects in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth, such as the Raine Square tower in Perth CBD.

August 2023

The pool and dining pavilion construction foundation is complete with works progressing to the viewing deck overlooking the city.

The dining pavilion, an inviting shared space will serve as a versatile hub for residents, offering the perfect backdrop for everyday gatherings and event hosting.

July 2023

Current works on amenity level 3 -the dining pavilion roof is now installed with walls being wired with sheeting to follow. Waterproofing to garden planters is progressing for the beautiful landscaping to begin next month. The pool viewing deck and yoga deck steel and framing well advanced, with decking to commence shortly. Gym windows and fit out are currently taking place.

June 2023

Scaffolding has been removed to the majority of the site and windows to the ground floor townhouses are now installed.

More Asian food options and a barber have been leased on the ground floor. Only 5 of the 17 tenancies are left to lease!

May 2023

Works on the South tower have significantly progressed with scaffolding now removed exposing the patterned façade brickwork. Window installation to the ground floor townhouses are largely complete with internal fitouts to follow. Level 3 dining room, pool area, yoga deck and children’s play area are progressing with steelwork largely completed.

April 2023

Scaffolding has now been removed from much of the site, and the pool shell structure completed and ready for finishes to be applied. Apartments in the north tower are largely complete.

March 2023

Further apartments are now complete. The structure on the podium level 3 and dining pavilion are now up and scaffolding is continuing to drop around the site.

February 2023

Works are continuing to progress across the site with majority of scaffold now removed and exposing the architectural elevations for the development. Works to the laneway and streetscape have  commenced with awning structures well underway. Level 3 common area works are also progressing.

January 2023

Common area works to be completed. We now have finished apartments in the North tower!

December 2022

Coles super market is being fitted out.

November 2022

Scaffolding drop is happening across multiple areas onsite!

Latest developments to construction include:

  • Balustrade installation now largely complete to the North tower
  • South tower roof cover nearly complete
  • Pool heating system installation on North roof complete
  • Level 3 podium deck works progressing well, including the pool structure
  • Façade brickwork through podium levels progressing well (West nearing completion)
  • North tower scaffolding dropped to level 4, with further drops expected over the coming weeks
  • External windows complete level 2 to 6 on northern tower, and now progressing through the southern tower
  • Podium level apartment finishing trades well advanced, and now progressing well through the lower levels of the towers

July 2022

Latest developments to construction include:

  • Roof cover to north tower complete with external elevation scaffold drop currently underway
  • Roof steel to southern tower nearing completion and roof cover commenced
  • Window frame installation and glazing is nearly completed on North tower and progressing on the South
  • Level 3 podium deck works underway (including swimming pool structure and podium waterproofing)
  • Service reticulation and wall closures continuing through multiple levels
  • Internal walls and wall linings progressing through upper levels on all fronts/elevations
  • External facade treatments progressing through podium levels and tower levels as areas open up
  • Glass balustrading installation completed on the North tower and now progressing through the South tower
  • Retail and commercial walls and services installation progressing. Shopfront glass arrival in Perth is imminent
  • Vertical transport subcontractor has completed fit out of lift 1 and 2 and is now progressing lift 3 and 4

  • Roof steel to southern tower advanced to west portion and progressing through south
  • Window frame installation and glazing is being installed through tower levels on all fronts

  • Internal walls and wall linings progressing through upper levels on all fronts/elevations
  • External facade treatments progressing through podium levels and tower levels as areas open up
  • Glass balustrading installation progressing well

  • Vertical transport subcontractors commencing installation

BGC have poured 300m3 of concrete last week which was pad and raft footings. This week we have poured approximately 160m3 so far and have a further pour of 140m3 on Thursday. This is pad and raft footings as well as some columns.

November 2020 Display Suite Open

Display Suite has been moved and open for viewing this weekend 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

November 2020 Excavation is Underway!

Bulk excavation has begun and the Display Suite will be moved next week to make way for site works.

October 2020 Construction Commenced!

Construction has commenced at Shenton Quarter! The turning of soil event occurred with the whole team – Iris Residential, Primewest, BGC Construction, DevelopmentWA, Cameron Chisholm Nicol and Minister for Land Ben Wyatt to mark this exciting occasion!
